How did Chiropractic help you?

Chiropractic has helped me in a few major ways. I used to get daily headaches and weekly migraines, I have not had either one since my first adjustment.  I was also an insomniac and had to take 10 pills nightly to sleep about 3 hours.  Now I am sleeping 6-8 hours nightly without taking any pills.

When it comes to your care at Queensbury Family Chiropractic, what aspect of the care stands out?

The part of the care that stands out for me is how friendly and caring Dr. Bruce is. He is very good about answering your questions and giving sound advice.

What would you tell a friend or family member who was looking for a Chiropractor about your experience with Dr. Bruce Steinberg?

I would suggest, and have suggested, that my friends and family go to see Dr. Bruce. My mom and I actually go to see him together!

How did Chiropractic help you?

I used to experience hip and shoulder pain to the point where I couldn’t walk or move my arms. After a few adjustments, I no longer felt this pain. I also haven’t had to use my Asthma  inhaler as often.

Dr. Bruce is very attentive to individual care.  I feel he know all of his patients personally and is truly concerned about their health.

How did Chiropractic help you?

My Daughter, Julia, used to experience prolonged coughing fits that would last for 2 weeks.  She was diagnosed with Asthma, overactive airway, etc.  Now she is free of all that.  Julia also took Previcid for heartburn daily (she’s 7 year old!). Now she is heartburn free and off Prevacid and all drugs.

When it comes to your care at Queensbury Family Chiropractic, what aspect of the care stands out?

Dr. Bruce is very likable and personable. Children feel very comfortable around him and she enjoys coming for her adjustments.

What would you tell a friend or family member who was looking for a Chiropractor about your experience with Dr. Bruce Steinberg?

I would give a very good recommendation for him and his practice.  Anyone would be thrilled to learn that it is possible to live a pain free life without medications and drugs!

NECK/SHOULDER PAIN, ABNORMAL MENSTRUATION

How did Chiropractic help you?

I came in with neck and shoulder pain, taking Advil daily. Now I don’t take any medication for this pain and my pain is almost non-existant. I also had a very heavy menstrual cycle. I considered an ablasion. Now my menstrual cycle is normal and I have light to normal bleeding.

Very friendly environment. Every time I leave the office, I feel great after being adjusted. Everyone in the office is more than willing to help with any needs.

How did Chiropractic help you? 

I was suffering with sciatica. The pain was extremely bad. In a few short weeks of twice weekly adjustments, I was doing very much better, could sleep all night, walk & go about my daily routine.

How did Chiropractic help you?

45 years ago I incurred a whiplash injury to my neck. The result was that I couldn’t tilt my head back without experiencing severe neck pain for weeks.  Couldn’t put my head back when my hair was being washed at the solon, couldn’t look at the beautiful stars above my Adirondack home. After one year of treatment at Queensbury Family Chiropractic I have regained the ability to look up without pain. The stars are magnificent!

Anytime I tell a friend about Dr. Bruce I use my husband as an example of how he helped him recover feeling in his fingers that were numb.  Dr. B also erased his neck pain (that he had been told needed surgery). He’s the best!

NECK PAIN, SHOULDER PAIN, INCONTINENCE (BEDWETTING)

How did Chiropractic help you?

I have a chronic problem of pain in my right neck and rear shoulder.  Dr. Bruce has been able to make adjustments that along with maintenance care has kept the pain to a minimum and sometimes gone completely.  In addition, I have had bedwetting accidents throughout my adult life and while the are very infrequent (1 or 2 a year), it is very humiliating and has forced me to wear some kind of protection whenever I am not going to sleep in my own bed.  (Even then you still worry) Since I have been seeing a chiropractor (Dr. Craig and now Dr. Bruce), I went 4 years and 3 months with no accidents at all.  While I don’t think that I will ever be totally confident that I will reach a point where I will not ever have a wetting accident again, this is the longest amount of time I have gone in my entire life without an accident.  It has certainly helped me with the embarrassment, humiliation and loss of control you feel whenever this happens to you.  I hope if someone else (young or old) reads this, they have the courage to tell their Chiropractor and perhaps get some help with this most embarrassing condition .  I honestly feel  that my chiropractic adjustments have helped with this problem.

When it comes to your care at Queensbury Family Chiropractic, what aspect of the care stands out?

I especially like the friendliness yet professionalism of the practice.  I like the way I can call if I am experiencing some discomfort and I can usually get in to see Dr. Bruce the same day.  Wait time is generally not very long and I think the sign-in sheet really helps with that.  People are taken in the order they come through the door.  When I told Dr. Bruce that another chiropractor had really hurt me when he “cracked” my neck, Dr. Bruce found other ways to adjust that did not hurt at all, yet my pain went away.

What would you tell a friend or family member who was looking for a Chiropractor about your experience with Dr. Bruce Steinberg?

I have told people how much I like Dr. Bruce and how he has helped me.  In addition, I have suggested chiropractic care to people when they have mentioned a pain or discomfort that I felt chiropractic might help.  I firmly believe chiropractic care is worth a try before considering surgery or popping a pill.

How did Chiropractic help you?

My daughter’s chiropractic care has allowed an optimizing of all the efforts we have put into healing her form of Autism.  These efforts have been extremely successful.  I credit chiropractic care greatly in the rapid recovery we have witnessed.

To me, the care my daughter and I receive from Queensbury Family Chiropractic is most easily characterized by the level of concern that is used in making sure one is completely comfortable in the situation before an adjustment is made.  A patient of Queensbury Family Chiropractic can expect to be completely relaxed and at ease before an adjustment is made.

If approached by someone I know about Chiropractic care, I would suggest to them that a visit to Dr. Bruce Steinberg might show them what an appropriate bed side manner is and relate to them the great importance of this when healing using chiropractic.

How did Chiropractic help you?

Chiropractic has helped me with my vertigo.  I’m not as dizzy as I was before I started going to the chiropractor.  I’ve had a hard time sleeping in the past, now it’s easier to sleep through the night.  Since I was young, I’ve not been able to focus on reading books.  I’d pick up a book, read maybe half a page, then lose interest.  Lately, I am picking up books and I can’t stop reading! This is just some of the ways that chiropractic has helped me.

Primarily, from the X-rays and the nerve test, I was able to see where my problems lay. The Chiropractor then worked on those areas.  I now have 95% mobility.  The pain is gone and my outlook is much better.

VERTIGO, NECK & BACK PAIN          

How did Chiropractic help you?

When I walked into the office, I had very bad vertigo, a feeling of light headedness and I did not feel like doing much. I had had shoulder pain and back pain.  After just a few visits the vertigo was gone and the feeling of light headedness was also gone.  I have enjoyed doing more things now.  Including house work (Imagine that!). The neck pain and back pain is still there, but it is much more tolerable, because of years without treatment I don’t know if I will ever be totally free from that.  After 30 years of Vertigo, I can finally bend over, look up and also sleep on my left side, which I was not able to do. Thank you, Dr. Bruce!

Very friendly atmosphere, but still very professional. Very thorough.
